Felt good before going into this but once I picked up the bar I felt weak. Think it could of been from the over head squats yesterday.

Shoulders were already fatigued before doing the strict press so this proper finished them off. I wanted to get every round unbroken and I did. Double unders were no problem at all.

200m sprint every 90sec using time left in the 90sec as rest.

This was my first time trying this. Iv done it a few times with 100m sprint on the min but this smashed me. Calfs cramped up pretty bad for the last 4.
