Wasnt really feeling it today. I was actually gonna stop in the middle of my warm up and train later in the afternoon but then said fuck it.

Chest was quite a bit smashed from the bench press and every so often I was getting a pain in my ankle while doing the box jumps. Toes to bar went well for the first round then they got a bit tough. Could be the bar I was using as well.

I was gonna train again today but iv now decided instead of taking tomorrow off completely I'm gonna do some active recovery. May be a 5k run.
