I couldn't get a morning session in today as I was doing a driving test for my bike all day. So gonna do some lifting in the evening.

I had planned on doing 4 sets since iv never done hang power snatches I felt I needed to do a bit more so went for the 6.

Just to finish off I said I would do a bit more just to work on technique. I haven't done snatching much at all before and it definitely my main weakness. Over the next few months I plan on hitting snatching up as much as I can.
