I was gonna do this WOD on Friday as I felt drained and thought a tough workout would make me feel better. I warned up in all but decided to leave it until Saturday. Sat morning I felt much better and did the WOD then.
I just wanted to get passed the 15 mark and I did so I was happy with that.
