This morning legs were feeling really heavy and sore from Saturdays workout so didn't know how this was gonna effect my row.

I havnt ran on incline in so long. It was horrible. Every 10m just seem to take forever and then my quads start to burn.

Snatch practice.
Iv got so much to learn and a lot of practice to do with this movement.
Today is just about getting reps out on what ever weight.
