Today I trained with 1 of my clients. I enjoy training with other people as it does push me that bit more. Also when I train with clients they seem to push that bit harder as well.

Today I just wasnt feeling it for a second session. I didnt sleep very well last night so I was knackered all day. It took me ages to fall asleep and then I woke an hour before my alarm. Not good.
