Rest and recover today from the last weeks training and also from drinking last night.
Breakfast
Bacon, eggs, mushrooms, capsicum, onions, avocado.
Snacks
Walnuts, banana x 2, dried cranberries.
Meal 2
Sweet potato salad with tandoori chicken.
Meal 3
Eggplant surprises
didn't taste the best but I did eat 6.
I need to work on the recipe a bit more.
