Active Recovery

Warm water with lemon juice
breakfast
Homemade granola

Had planned to get to the gym and do
Back squats 3x3
Front squats 3x3
Bench press 5x3

Gym wasn't open until this afternoon because of Anzac day so couldn't go.
Instead met up with 2 of my friends clients and did a workout at bondi beach.
Workout
5 rounds of
Single leg box jumps x 10 each leg
Push ups x 20
Toes to bar x 15
Time 28:02
since I didn't get to do my weights session I used this as an active recovery workout so went at about 75%.

Meal 2
Bacon mix veg omelet. Half avocado

Meal 3
Chicken, sweet potato, asparagus, broccolini

Snacks - nuts, banana, beef jerky

Flying back to Ireland today do nutrition could go out the window.
I did pre order a gluten free meal so not sure what I'll get.

Meal 4
Plane food. Yum
Fish in some sauce and salad. Banana
They had done gluten free bread as well. Just had a small piece as it was horrible.

Vodka & ginger beer x 2

Snacks throughout the flight
dates, biscuits, nuts, beef jerky, apple x2

Meal 5
Plane food - chicken in some sauce with rice. Didn't eat the rice.

Just landed in Singapore and have to wait another hour before my flight to London. Didn't sleep at all so I'm wrecked. Got some strong sleeping tablets so gonna crack into them on the next flight.
