Burning quads


Half lemon in warm water

Breakfast
3 eggs, 4 bacon, mushroom, onion, tomato, cucumber.

Didn't sleep well last night again so didn't know how it would effect my training. Once I got going I felt good though.

Today I worked out with Gordon & Julio. For both of them it was their first time snatching and both nailed 36kg squat power snatches.

Meal 2
Cauliflower, 1/4 chicken, asparagus, sweet potato.

Snacks so far today 5 hand full fruit & nut mix. 1 kiwi. 2 fruit + but bars.

Meal 3
Steak, veg with satay sauce.


I was thinking of some treat I could have tonight and I came up with this.

Ingredients
1 cup mixed nuts
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup honey
1 egg
1/4 cup dried cranberries
2 table spoon of natural coco powder
Cinnamon
strawberries
Mix all in a food processor except cinnamon and strawberries.
The add a hand full of whole mixed nuts.
Stir and  sprinkle cinnamon.
Place in the oven at 200 for 20min then place in fridge for 20min.
Serve in a bowel and top with strawberries.
Adding some almond milk or coconut milk may be good.
