Crossfit cork

Breakfast bacon,pudding, capsicum,mushrooms.irish soda bread.

Went to crossfit cork today to check it out. Had an awesome session and met the 2 owners Ian & Kevin.

WOD
20 burpees then
3 rounds of
Clusters @ 50kg x 5
Chest to bar strict pull ups x 5

15 burpees then
2 rounds of
Clusters @ 50kg x 5
Chest to bar strict pull ups x 5

10 burpees then
Clusters @ 50kg x 5
Chest to bar strict pull ups x 5
Time 9:52

Nice workout. Smashed me pretty good. Don't know if it was jet lag or what but I felt I could of pushed harder.
