Felt good doing this WOD. I remember the first time I ever done this and it smashed me big time. Toughest part I think was the burpees just because my chest felt tight from the bench before hand and also the knees to elbow. Think if I tried this fresh I would knock another minute off my time.
last time for this I got 23:38.
