Good Friday

Breakfast
Eggs, bacon x 4, tomatoes, mushrooms, half avocado.

Glutes and traps feeling a bit sore today but I'm sure they will loosen up soon.
I'm not working in the gym today so myself and Del Boy are gonna head to johns place and do the pool WOD that came up on main site this week.

Workout
5 rounds
25m underwater swim
50 Air squats
My time 10:19



Now this was something different. First round wasn't to bad. I made the swim in 3 attempts. Every other round was broken up a lot for the swim. Just found it so hard to hold my breath . Squats were no real problem at all. All rounds were broken but it still went ok.

Meal 2
Omelete with bacon, chorizo, mushrooms, tomato, cheese.

Snack - 2 choc orange treats.

Sweet potato salad & beef.


Meal 4
Went out for Thai
Calamari
Beef massaman curry

3 beers
1 vodka + soda
