Half lemon + warm water
Breakfast
Omelet eggs x 4, tomato, mushroom, capsicum, kangaroo

Workout
Warm up 500m run

1.5km run for time - 6:16 (on treadmill)
Felt I should of been able to get a bit better at this. I started at 18km/h and couldn't hold it.

Back squats (6x8)
70kg,90kg,100kg,105kg,105kg,105kg.

5 rounds of:
* 400m run
* 30 box jumps, 24" box
* 30 wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
Time 21:45 new PB

Wall ball was definitely the toughest part here. Shoulders were burning but well happy I beat my last time by 4min.

Meal 2
1/4 chicken,half avocado, cauliflower, cucumber,

Snacks - mixed nuts, sweet potato

workout 2
30 muscle ups for time 4:55
I was very happy with this as last time I did this workout my time was over 8min.



Meal 3
1/4 chicken,half avocado, cauliflower, cucumber,

Snacks mixed nuts

Meal 4
Mixed plate of chicken, fish, veg, beetroot.
Was way to tired to cook after work
