A new week

I went for a run this morning before breakfast along bondi beach. I covered 5.5km @ about 70% pace. I wasn't trying to time this run. This was just to get me moving.
Straight after the run I completed 50 strict pull ups broken into

Acai + Banana (Brazilian berry)
