Breakfast
Chorizo, tomato omelet with bacon + half avocado & 2 slices of gluten free toast.


Went to Whale beach and chilled out for a few hours. Only real activity for the day was a bit of body surfing.
Meal 2
1/4 chicken, Half avocado. choc & orange treat
Meal 3
Pork dumpling, Chick curry, duck pan cakes, rice paper wrap with chicken.
Tonight we went to a Vietnamese restaurant with some friends. It was my rest day so I just tried something different and just wanted to enjoy the food and company.
Some Treats - Choc orange treats x 3
4 beers, vodka soda & lime + a few more.
