Rest day

Half lemon + warm water

Decided this morning that I was just gonna rest today and get ready to work hard again next week.

For anyone following my blog. Heres a video of me doing a fund raiser last year for a Brazillian guy that broke his neck on Bondi beach. 7hrs 40min and I completed 3005 burpees. It was horrible and the toughest thing I have ever done. Technique went out the window after the first 4 hours.

Breakfast
Omelette with egg plant, spinach, sausage, topped with bacon & mushrooms.

Snacks - mixed nuts

Meal 2
Chicken, fish, beet root, steamed veg.

Meal 3
Kangaroo steaks with steam veg

Snacks - mixed nuts
