This workout proper fucked me. I was even thinking of doing only 3 rounds after I started but fought through it and kept going. Thruster always smash me and I think everyone else would say the same.
Swings weren't too bad. Its my first time using a 24kg KB in a long time. I normally use 32kg in my WOD's. Pull ups started to burn my forearms so it was hard to hold on. Felt really good about 20min after I finished.

Almond Butter Cookies
---------------------
Around a cup of almond butter
1 whole egg or egg white (if using whole egg, not an extra large or
jumbo-too much liquid)
Couple of tablespoons of unsweetened applesauce
about half a cup of raisins or other chopped dried fruit
Couple of tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut

Beat all ingredients together. It should be thick batter, but not as thick
as cookie dough. Scoop out onto a cookie sheet. Bake in oven (around
375) until they start to go golden, about 10-12 minutes. Allow to cool,
then eat!  Sometimes I add a couple of teaspoons of honey or fruit juice
sweetened jelly, or some dried orange peel, cinammon or allspice, whatever
I'm in the mood for.
