This is my first time running this distance in a long time. I ran on the treadmill and just stuck to 13.5km/h all the way. Could of pushed harder but as its a recovery day I didn't even try.
Iv done this run before at 15.5km/h all the way and it nearly killed me. I'm a bit off that mark now though.
