Banana & Berry Pancakes
What you'll need: Eggs x 4
Banana
x 2
Mixed Berries
Almond meal x 2 table spoon
Vanilla extract x 1
tea spoon
Mixed nut spread x 2 table
spoon
Cinnamon
Honey
What to Do:
Place eggs, Banana, Almond meal and vanilla extract in a blender or
mixing bowl and mix or blend until well mixed.
Pour desired amount onto a frying pan, sprinkle cinnamon and cook until
mix starts to bubble. Flip and cook for another 1-2 min.
Now
you’re ready to serve. Just add mixed berries and Honey
on top. I used a bag of frozen mixed berries so when I melted them
all the juices came out and soaked into the
pancakes.

Omelet with bacon, kangaroo, veg & salad.
Meal 3
Homemade granola with berries.
Snacks - Sweet Potato fries, Fruit.
