I wanted to go for 5 sets of 50 unbroken but for some reason on the forth set my foot was cramping so I had to stop at 3. I managed to get 3 sets in a row unbroken.

Felt pretty strong in this today.

Im still not 100% with my stability in this movement but I guess its just practice practice.
