I trained with a friend of mine today Gordon that I also train.
He smashed the over head squats. Hes come a long way.

This was a fun WOD. Ankel was hurting when I did plymetric box jumps so I had to step down off each jump to prevent the pain. Toughest part was definitly the lunges though.
