Massage

Rest day today as I wanna be fresh for deadlifting tomorrow.
I went for a massage on my back and shoulders today. Turns out my back,shoulders and chest are well tight. Looks like im gonna have to get a massage more often.

Half lemon in warm water.
Flax seed oil + juice plus
Bacon x3, eggs x4, capsicum,tomato
Onion & mushrooms.

Snack - homemade cooked fruit & but mix

Meal 2
1/4 chicken,avocado,salad

Meal 3
1/4 chicken,avocado,salad

Fruit nut mix
