Today was supposed to be a rest day but then I just couldnt resist. So glad I did though. I felt good and felt strong. Last time I went for a 1RM Deadlift I got 180kg and today got 5 reps of 170kg. Looking forward to trying a 1RM after my 8 weeks on this program.

Lungs on this WOD felt like there starting to recover and get stronger again. Toes to bar still got me though. Only got the first round unbroken.
