Regionals day 2

Didn't get a chance to train today as I went to Wollongong to watch day 2 of the regionals with John, Ewan & Herb.

Breakfast
Smoked salmon wrapped in 2 fried eggs with baby spinach and avocado.
Nice quick and easy meal.

Meal 2
Ewans oat free porridge.

Snacks - banana, nut and seed cookies

Meal 3
Mixed kebab meat with salad

Meal 4
Raw carrot, 150gram sliced ham, 50gram sliced salami

Snack - banana, protein bar

Meal 5
Fruit & nut yoghurt
