Rest Day

Half lemon in warm water
Breakfast
Smoked salmon omelet with sweet potato + avocado

Meal 2
Mixed Chicken & beef kebab meat with salad and hummus.

Meal 3
Mixed plate with chicken, steamed veg, fish, salad

Treat
Blended apple, kiwi, banana, almond meal, mixed nuts, almond milk and honey, topped with cranberries and grated dark chocolate
