Rest & recover

Half lemon warm water
Flaxseed oil

Breakfast
Had breakfast at a restaurant this morning. No change though. Still went for an omelet.
Ham cheese and tomato with side of bacon and mushrooms. 1 slice of dark rye toast.

Snack - nuts

Meal 2
Kangaroo stir fry

Meal 3
Kangaroo stir fry

Sat night drinks :)
