So while I was back in Ireland I decided not to post on my blog as my diet pretty much went out the window. It had been 2 years since I had been back and sometimes I just miss foods that you can only get in Ireland. While there I only managed to get 2 training sessions in. The first was the workout I did post with burpees, thrusters and pull ups.

This was a nice short little workout. I got the first 2 rounds unbroken and the 3rd the dips were broken into 7 & 2.
Most of the time I spent in was just meeting up with friends and family. Eating and drinking loads and partying. I did really enjoy myself but I did put on 2kg. Not to worry though as I know ill be back on track with in the next 2 weeks.
I gonna do a before and after pic from today and 8 weeks later as my body fat has risen after my trip.
