Week 2

Half lemon + warm water

This was my first time practising this movement. I think I did ok with it but still need to drill it more and get faster at getting under the bar.

Felt really good doing my lifting today. Improved in every lift from last week so pretty happy with that.


Meal 2
Asparagus 1/4 chicken sweet potato

Snack - mixed fruit & nut paleo ice cream, banana

Workout 2
6 sets of 50 double unders
all unbroken.

Lungs are pretty weak at the moment. Not sure if its from been around so many people smoking while I was in Ireland or from partying to much while away.
Meal 3
1/4 chicken broccolini avocado

Snack - protein bar

Meal 4
Mashed cauliflower & smoked salmon

Treat - fried fruit and nut dessert



Ingredients
Smoked Salmon
Cauliflower
1 onion
4 cloves of garlic
Procedure
Steam cauliflower.
Chop up garlic and throw in with cauliflower.
Chop up onion and fry.
When cauliflower is ready mash it up and add the onion.
Also add some salt and pepper for flavour.
Fry up your salmon and your done.
