Little bit of an improvement here on the 10 reps. Almost failed the very last rep though.

Squat 5,5,5,10,10
(105kg,112.5kg,117.5kg) (92.5kg,92.5kg)
Up 2.5kg on the 10's this week. I felt pretty strong on every rep got through it with ease. Probably could of went heavier.

Split jerk practice
