Over the weekend myself and Breen went for a run. We covered 14.2km. Felt pretty good on this run and looking forward to the next 1.
Sat night was a friends birthday so ended up have a few to many drinks and really suffered today over it.
I was really hoping to push 75kg on this put just couldnt get it up. I really feel if I hadnt gone out over the weekend I would of achieved this lift.
Strict press

I wasnt sure how this was gonna go since I didnt push what I wanted in the Strict press.
I surprised myself though. Got up to 140kg and it did nearly kill me. Iv lifted this weight once before but didnt get as deep as I did today. Almost didnt make it though. I felt like my face was gonna pop as I got stuck for a slight second on the way up.

Again I thought I should of got 50kg here. 45kg is good but 50kg would of been better :(

I just decided to do this WOD just to try and sweat out any alcohol left in my body. It really hurt doing this but I said to myself I needed it so didnt give up.
