45 butterfly pull ups

Half lemon & warm water
Juice plus. Flaxseed oil
Breakfast 180 nutrition + banana

Warm up
500m run

Front squats 5,5,5,10,10
(97.5kg,102.5kg,100kg) (85kg,80kg)
The 102kg was really tough on this today. Didn't think I was gonna get that last rep up.

Over head squats 5,5,5,10,10
(60kg,65kg,65 fail)
This just wasn't my day for over head squats. Shoulders just weren't feeling right. They feel like there after getting a lot tighter and I just couldn't hold my position while squatting. Gonna get a massage tomorrow and get them loosened out.

Messed around with some box jumps at 20steps high. Think it's around 45inch. I haven't done this for awhile so it was fun.

Max pull ups - 45
Iv never tried this before so it was good to test it. I did butterfly pull ups all the way through. I had in my head to aim for 40 and hit the 45 mark before my shoulders burnt out.

Chris speller did over 100 in a row. Insane stuff. Here's the vid for that.

I finished off with some sit ups and grass hoppers for some core work.
