75kg Dips

Half lemon in warm water + Juice Plus
Breakfast - eggs x 3, bacon x 4, tomato,mushroom + mixed salad
Meal 2 - 1/4 chicken, broccoli, avocado
Snacks throughout the day - Mixed nuts, Kiwi, Banana, Humapro shake
Meal 3 - 1/4 chicken, broccoli
Meal 4 - Grilled Fish with Veg stir fry + 2 fried eggs.

So today was another 1 Rep max day. I was really hoping to push 120kg in the bench press as I have done it before. But I just couldn't push it up. My chest is definitely we weakest point. On the 110kg I felt strong so thought 120kg would go up. I should of went for 115kg first as I think I would of got it.
Been really strong in bench press isn't something that will effect me to much for crossfit so im not to worried about it. Endurance is something I need to work on though as that will effect my push ups.

For what I lacked in bench press i did make up in my dips. My goal here was to hit 60kg. Smashed that goal and hit 75kg. Well happy :)
