Deads 1RM
Half lemon in warm water + Juice Plus
Breakfast - eggs x 3, bacon x 4, tomato,mushroom + mixed salad
Meal 2 - 1/4 chicken, broccoli, avocado
Snacks throughout the day - Mixed nuts, Kiwi, Banana, Humapro shake
Meal 3 - 1/4 chicken, broccoli
Meal 4 - Fried Fish with Veg

Deadlift (70kg x 8) (110kg x 5) (140kg x 4) (160kg x 3) (180kg x 1) (190kg x 1) (200kg F,F,F)
I not 100% happy with my deadlifting today. I did reach a new PB @ 190kg but really wanted to lift the 200kg. Thats been my goal for awhile now to hit 200kg. I think is I went 185kg then 200kg I would of made it. Next time, Next time
