Dips PB

Half lemon in warm water, Juice Plus, Flax seed oil
Breakfast
bacon x 4, eggs x 3, mushrooms,onion,zucchini,tomato

(95kg,100kg,97.5kg) (80kg,70kg)
My endurance for my chest is pretty crap at the moment. I actually nearly failed in the 10's here.
In my next training program im definitely gonna work on endurance for my chest and hopefully this will allow me to be able to smash workouts that have push ups in them.

Just a little arm work. :)

Last week this was really tough on the 50kg I did so I really impressed myself in dips today.

I felt so weak here. Had no energy at all for some reason.

Snack - Honey almonds, Kiwi, Orange.
Once I had this my energy just shot right back up.

Sausages, Mixed veg
