Friday deadlifts NEW PB

Half lemon in warm water
Flax seed oil, Juice Plus
Bacon x4, Eggs x3, Mushroom, capsicum, cucumber. Sweet potato fries

Warm up

Deadlifting 5,5,5,10,10
(155kg,170kg,177.5kg) (155kg,145kg)
Well happy with this today. Last week when I lifted 175kg it nearly killed me so had it in my head that I wasnt gonna make this lift. I failed the first time I picked it up but then psyched  myself out and went again.
