Sunday Run

Half lemon in warm water.
Juice plus
Breakfast - bacon, sausage, tomato, rhy toast, scrambled eggs, mushroom
Meal 2 - Homemade oat free granola + scoop of 180
Meal 2 - Chicken = veg homemade soup. 1 coconut water. Juice plus
Snack - Homemade granola
I didnt get to do any training yesterday as the weather was crap and my back and shoulders were pretty sore from the deads the day before. Got up this morning though and the sun was shining so said im definitely getting a run in at some stage. Met up with 1 of my mates Del Boy and Headed off.

It was at a steady pace but still felt my endurance has dropped a fair bit since doing my strength program.
Only 1 week left of this program and then its 1 week of 1RM'S. Really looking forward to this.
Need to get a few more run in over the next few weeks as the city to surf is coming up at the end of August.
