Today was the last day of my strength program.

I got to 175kg with now problem, actually felt quite easy but I think it still burnt me out. I was hoping to get a new PB for 5 reps with 182.5kg but I struggled right from the start. But even getting this weight up off the floor is a new PB for me as iv never lifted this weight before.
