Before starting this morning I was feeling quite stiff and sore from the last few days and really didnt think I was gonna lift a new PB. But once I had the 180kg in front of me I just went for it. Last time I tried to lift 180kg I was going for a 1RM and it took me 4 goes to actually get it up. 5 @ 180kg, well happy with that.
I didnt have the energy in my to do 2 sets of 10 though and thats why I did Diane.
