Burpee Lovin

Half lemon in warm water.

Flax seed oil
Breakfast - eggs,bacon,veg, sweet potato,avocado

Snacks - Banana, Honey cashew nuts
Meal 2 - 1/4 chicken,mixed veg,salad & sweet potato
Meal 3 - 1/4 chicken,mixed veg,salad
 Meal 4 - 1/4 chicken,mixed veg,salad

I was supposed to train this morning with Gordon my client but didnt sleep well last night and didnt have much energy. I had a couple of hours free around lunch time so decided to hit it then.

I wasnt feeling strong on this at all today. Hamstrings felt smashed. Think it was from the cleans I did yesterday evening. The first set of 100kg I nearly failed. Even the 10 @ 85kg smashed me. :(

Over head squats
As I train in a globo gym it was peak hour and way to many people walking behind me.
I just felt dodgy thinking I was gonna drop the bar on top of someone so didnt go any further.

It was posted on crossfit.com 2 days ago. Nice little cardio buster so I gave it a go.
For time:
Run 1600 meters
150 Double-unders
50 Burpees
Run 800 meters
100 Double-unders
35 Burpees
Run 400 meters
50 Double-unders
20 Burpees
Time : 28min exactly
