RUN RUN RUN

Half lemon in warm water.
Flax seed oil & Juice Plus
Breakfast - Omelet- bacon,tomato,zucchini,onion,mushroom + sweet potato fries

Snack - Half slice of banana bread (I know, its bad)
About half an hour after having this I started feeling sick and tired. This was the first time iv eaten this in about 2 years besides the healthy banana bread I made myself. Not good

Meal 2
Grilled chicken salad

Snack - Mixed nuts, Figs.
I wasnt actually gonna train today but then said fuck it. No excuses just get out and do something.
Well happy I did now. :)

Work out
Did just over a 3.3km run as a warm up
At my mate Ewans place we did
5 rounds of
800m run & 8 muscle ups
My time 22:20
Ewan 18:30
