Squat fun
Half lemon in warm water
Juice Plus, Flax seed oil
Breakfast - Beef stir fry with 2 eggs & avocado
Meal 2 - 1/4 chicken, sweet potato,salad
Meal 3 - 1/4 chicken,salad,avocado
Meal 4 - 1/4 chicken mixed salad
Snacks - Homemade granola
500m run
Felt good today going into these. Where as the last 2 weeks I just wasnt feeling it.
Last week I struggled on 100kg for 5 so I was happy with todays out come.
Front squat
(92.5kg,100kg,102.5kg) (85kg,85kg)
This was pissing me off for the last 2 weeks big time. My shoulders were just dying on me the last few weeks trying to keep the bar stable. Today was different though and I think its because I have been spending time with some shoulder mobility exercises. Even got myself a new 5RM today.
Over head squats
50kg x8, 5 reps (60kg,70kg,75kg(PB)
15min AMRAP
HP cleans @ 70kg x5
Box jumps @ 16 x5
Toes to bar x10
Score - 7rds +cleans+box jumps
