Squat fun

Half lemon in warm water + Juice Plus
Breakfast - eggs x 3, bacon x 4, tomato,mushroom + mixed salad
Meal 2 - 1/4 chicken, avocado
Snacks throughout the day - Mixed nuts, Kiwi, Banana, Humapro shake
Meal 3 - 1/4 chicken,Mixed salad, Avocado
Meal 4 - Sausages, Stir fry veg

Triple under practice
Max - 1

Front Squat
(60kg x 8) (90kg x 30 (100kg x 1) (110kg x 1) (115kg x 1)
I felt good on this today. I wasnt really sure how it was gonna go but im happy with what I got.

Over Head Squats
(40kg x 8) (50kg x 5) (60kg x 3) (70kg x 1) (75kg x 1) (80kg x 1) (85kg x 1)
Now this is something im very happy with. I remember not so long ago I found it really tough OHS 40kg. My flexibility is still preventing me from pushing to my limit. I think I could of went for 90kg as I found the 85kg easy enough but im still not 100% confident with this movement.
