Walking on hands

Half lemon warm water.
Juice plus, flaxseed oil.
Breakfast
Eggs x 3, sausages x 3, onion, capsicum, mushroom, tomato. Avocado

I had a bit of time today so I spent a bit of time working on my Double Unders, Handstands and walking on hands. I do feel like my balance and stability for handstands are getting better. Still do find it tough though climbing stuff and changing directions. Suppose I just need a bit more practice.

Endurance in my chest is still crap. On the 10's I really struggled. 

Pull ups 5,5,5,10,10 (pronation)

By getting stronger in strict pull ups im hoping it will help my kipping and butterfly pull ups as I start to fatigue.

Dips 5,5,5,10,10
(45kg,47.5kg,50kg) (27.5kg,27.5kg)
50kg dips, Now thats something I didnt ever picture myself doing. Well happy with this.

Preacher curls 25(10,10) 20(10,10)

Stretching 30min

1/4 chicken,veg & salad. Half avocado, sweet potato fries

Meal 3
1/4 chicken,veg & salad. Half avocado, sweet potato fries

Snacks - mixed nuts. Protein ball. Juice Plus

Meal 4
Omelete
