Week 7

Half lemon in warm water,
JUICE PLUS, flaxseed oil
Breakfast - Bacon,eggs,capsicum, onion, mushrooms, zucchini. avocado.sweet potato
 Meal 2 - Humapro shake, Sweet potato,
Meal 3 - Beef stir fry. Avocado
Meal 4 - Homemade granola + a scoop of 180 nutrition in almond milk with a banana.
Meal 5 - Beef stir fry

 Found it hard to get up this morning for some reason. Normally once my alarm goes off im wide awake and ready for the day. When I got to work a cup of coffee soon sorted me right out.
I didnt do much of a warm up on my strict press and think thats the reason I failed to get 5 reps on the 3rd set. I did improve in the reps of 10 though.

With the back squat I didnt look at my training diary and put to much weight on and thats why I failed at 125kg. I seen in my notes after that I really struggled at 122.5kg last week so I should of went for 122.5kg again. On the 10 reps I managed to do the 10 reps without stopping. That was my goal before I move up weight.

Decided to do this just for a bit of cardio after

50 x double unders
500m run
