I was still felling my drinking session from the weekend so thats why I jumped straight into something that was gonna smash me. I hate rowing as it takes so much out of me so obviously need to work more on it.
I got all the squats and pull ups unbroken.

I felt a lot more confident doing this today. Just find it awkward bringing the bar back down to my neck.
I still need to work on my dropping speed but feel much more stable.

I dont have bumper plates cant really drop the weights. I feel im getting better and more confident in this movement :)
