This is something im gonna keep training until I get it.
I didnt want to push heavy this week as the last 7 weeks have been pretty tough on my muscles. Also I want to start working endurance so went for reps of 20.

Hand stand practice
My handstands are starting to get much better. Im feeling much more stable. Think I got up to about 15-20sec hold

Iv only ever tried this movement once before and couldnt do it because of flexibility so pretty happy getting to 46kg.

Handstand push ups really got me in this 1. I did them on some plates just so I would have to get lower and yes it made it much harder. Im hoping this will make it easier when I get to do normal handstand push ups.
