Meal 2 - 1/4 chicken with broccoli, salad &sweet potato
Snacks throughout the day - Humapro shake, Mixed nuts,Kiwi x2,
Meal 3 - 1/4 chicken with broccoli, salad &sweet potato
Meal 4 - Beef burgers with cauliflower, broccolini, 2 fish fillets
Triple under practice

This was mostly focused on working endurance so thats why I went with the 20 reps. Felt pretty good doing this.

This was a nice little AMRAP, the strict press was just to work some strength. I didnt push to fast through the sit ups as I wanted to keep it controlled. Burpees are always horrible.
