The main thing we were focusing on was Squat Clean & Press So started with deadlfting just to get the muscles fired up for the cleans.
Deadlifting
(60kg x8) (100kg x5) (140kg x3) (160kg x2) (180kg f,f,1)
This was my first time deadlifting in a few weeks and found the 180kg really tough. I got it up for 1 but technique wasnt the best.
Front Squats
(60kg 8) (80kg x3) (95kg x2) (100kg x1)
Squat Clean & Press
(70kg x2,2) (80kg x1,1) (85kg x1,f,1,1)
Clean only (90kg x1,1,1)
I really struggled here today on the pressing. The 90kg just wouldnt go up. Need to practice this a lot more and hit that 100kg mark.
