Meal 5 - Heading out to an Italian restaurant tonight. (Planning on doing a big run tomorrow so gonna treat myself to some pasta :)
This morning I trained with 1 of my clients James Bell. Hes been with me for the last couple of months and is really starting to improve. Hes now starting to nail kipping pull ups and double unders :)

This felt pretty heavy today for some reason. May be I was still feeling it from the squat cleans the other day. I like this movement, really gets the heart rate going.

Now this is something I really wanna get good at. Its a cool movement and is pretty technical. I did these today without a kip and I think if I can build up my strict muscle ups it will make the kipping much easier when im doing a wod
