Last few Days

20-07-12
Half lemon in warm water + Juice Plus
Breakfast - Oats with 180 nutrition + mixed berries. Mouth was still a bit sore so had this :)
Meal 2 - 1/4 chicken with Mixed salad avocado,
Snacks throughout the day - Protein shake, Juice Plus
Meal 3 -   1/4 chicken with salad
Meal 4 - Beef sausage Stir fry

I started out ok with the skipping but once I lifted the bar I just  didnt feel good. I started feeling dizzy and got a head ache. I think it was from the anesthetic I got yesterday while getting my tooth out. Even for a good few hours after I didnt feel good at all.
After work I stopped off for a massage to see if that would make me feel better but it turned out that the masseuse I got was crap. Not going back there again. :(
Looking forward to a run tomorrow though

Yesterday I just took a rest day as I had a pretty full on day and didnt have much free time.
Also I had to go to the dentist in the afternoon to get a wisdom tooth pulled out. Did hurt at all, which I was surprised.

I should really be able to push a lot more on this as I can push press 90kg. Suppose its all down to technique and lots more practice.

Shoulders felt pretty fried doing these.

This was a workout I enjoyed. I found the toughest part was the run though. All pull ups were done unbroken and most of the dips were done in 7,3. I do think I could of pushed harder though. Nice fun WOD.
